1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@thecollectionbyaromatichomes.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please email us at contact@thecollectionbyaromatichomes.com with your order number and details of the exchange request. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return the original item and receive the new one.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@thecollectionbyaromatichomes.com with photos of the damaged or defective product, along with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

6. Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
